Ok, this meme is harder than I thought, lol.
Characters that start with the letter...J
1. Jack Mercer (Four Brothers)
Jack, to me, is the classic troubled and sensitive character. He’s meek, yet determined to mimic his brothers. He fires a gun, but his shot is poor. He’s terribly interesting to write, and I love getting into his mind to understand him better. There’s more than just a frightened, abused boy.
2. Janet Weiss (Rocky Horror Picture Show)
Maybe it’s Susan Sarandon playing her, but Janet is just beyond irritating. She’s whiny, shrill and despite her supposed morals, gives up the ghost to Frank within five seconds. Bah, her breasts are a saving grace in that movie.
3. Jason Street (Friday Night Lights – Television Show)
Jason is interesting in many ways. He has problems with anger, he’s blown up before and I see a really violent side to him. He has a right to be upset with the life he has now, but something about his anger worries me.
4. Jane Jones (Closer)
Ok, so Jane is her real name and the majority of the movie she goes by Alice, but Jane is absolutely fascinating to me. Why she does the things she does, or why she lies, and how many times has she lied before. What her life was like before the movie and what happens to her after the credits roll, it’s a movie that I’ve watched countless times and continue to do so in an effort to better understand her.
5. Jason Voorhees (Friday the 13th)
Very misunderstood character, definitely…A killer, yeah ok, but he was horribly disfigured and not taken care of properly. A tragic character with a penchant for sharp items and punishing sexy, naughty teens.
