"You gotta be kidding me."

Jack fussed with the stuffed animals, setting them up just so. "You said, and I quote, that I could do this any damn way I wanted to. And it's adorable, so shut it."

"Yeah but...a costume?" Bobby made a face. "She looks so damn st-..."

"Don't you fucking finish that sentence, Bobby!" Jack hissed at him.

Bobby grumbled under his breath and stood off to the side. "Coulda been worse, coulda been a fairy costume. We coulda got you some wings an' then you'd both be in the pic."

Jack rolled his eyes and blew a kiss to the squirming baby. "Shh, that's a girl, Evie," he crooned. "Now hold still..."

He snapped several pictures and stood back proudly. "Perfect."

Bobby leaned his head against Jack's shoulder and eyed the previews on the camera. "I guess a dinosaur costume ain't so bad."

"It's adorable."
