I am close to finishing the 2nd last chapter of pain&love.

roughly two more scenes to go and the chapter is done.

i'm so conflicted. i feel happy that this little story turned into so many more chapters than i expected. orginially i was thinking 2 or 3. slowly it morphed into 8.

but god does it hurt re-living it all. writing this, writing bobby when he's hurting jack to that level, i just wanted to cry when i wrote the inital chapter.

i'm proud of what i've accomplished. plus this will free me up to write all the other partially written stories i have in my inbox. or update my planet of the apes story. sigh.

but anyway, i just thought i'd put the message out there that chapter 7 is nearing completion. after that, one more to go.

there we go...i'm happy it's almost done, sad that it's almost done, and eager to keep writing. by the time the last chapter is written, the word count will be 50, 000.
